Terms of Service
Rules for using the platform.

'The Company', 'We', 'Us' refers to Dutch Efficiency Experts B.V., Herengracht 450, 1017 CA Amsterdam. 'The Client', 'You' refers to any individual or entity engaging our services or using our website. 'Services' refers to all consulting, analysis, and advisory services provided by The Company.
2. Scope of Services
The Company provides business process optimization, Lean methodology implementation, staff optimization, and risk analysis consulting. The specific scope of services, deliverables, timelines, and fees for each Client will be detailed in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or consulting agreement, which will supersede these general terms where applicable.
3. Client Obligations
The Client agrees to provide timely access to relevant personnel, data, and facilities required for The Company to perform the Services. The Client is responsible for the accuracy of all information provided. The Client agrees to implement any recommendations at their own risk and is responsible for all business decisions made.
4. Fees and Payment
Fees for Services will be outlined in the SOW. Unless otherwise specified, invoices are due within 30 days of receipt. Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 1.5% per month. All fees are exclusive of BTW (VAT) and other applicable taxes, which will be added to the invoice.
5. Intellectual Property
All methodologies, tools, and pre-existing materials used by The Company remain our intellectual property. The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables (e.g., reports, analyses) for their internal business purposes only. Deliverables may not be published or distributed without our prior written consent.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information obtained during the engagement. This obligation of confidentiality shall survive the termination of the agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Company provides services with reasonable skill and care. However, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profit.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. The courts of Amsterdam shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
9. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. The most current version will always be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your consent to such changes.
